oh ho ho. I just played ocarina of time and its looking good without framerates slowing down when the 3d is activated. I wonder what resident evil mercenaries would be like
the funny thing about the cards is that when i went to get one, they told me that the DSi cards would probably work with the 3DS, so i wait a day or two for the update to come out so the shop would be up, and i find out that they dont work!! so i ended up giving it to my sister since she still owned a DSi, and had to ask my parents if they would buy me twenty bucks worth.

you can download your desired dsi game through dsi and then transfer it to your 3ds
Hey everyone, I have a question after much asnwering of others' questions. is Radiant Historia worth the money? I love RPG's, and I really dig the concept of the game. So is it for me?

Radiant hitoria? dude that game is THEEE most epic. Its just so sad that it's a DS game. It could have been moch appreciated if it were remade in advance consoles like the 3ds or the psp. The story is like the classic rpgs in the ps2.
Why in the world does every game you look at pretty much look PS2 quality and below, yet Resident Evil Revelations practically look like an early Xbox 360 game?

don't you know that in order to make 3d images in the 3ds , it has to make another image. In other words, 3ds games are running on double the power of the system. Imagine an xbox360 spec cut in half so that you can see 3d images. Or, you can have 3rd generation graphics in the 3ds without 3d but maybe in HD graphics perhaps. Thats why there might be noticeable frame drops when activating 3d.
The 60 -> 30 fps makes sense because with the 3d on, it has to output two screens rather than one, which requires twice the power, therefore halving the fps.
I'm having a lot of fun with this. I'm actually enjoying it more than SSF IV. It's fun going for 100% completion. I also thought SSF IV was a very good game.

but is it possible that they could maintain the fps in 3d mode even it cost a alot of power? im starting to doubt the the power of 3ds
They'd have to make the processor twice as powerful, the graphics processor twice as powerful and double the RAM. in short if you want the same level of graphics in 60fps at 3D. You're talking an expensive machine oh and probably half the battery life.
yeah, i guess your right. Then perhaps I was talking about the next high end 3ds. It must have been best to stay things simple like 3ds until another generation arrives.
im going to the philippines and going to reside there and i bought an north american version of the 3ds. I have really quite a lot of questions for this
1. will the 3ds internet play work using american version in asian continent?
2. does 3ds A play with 3ds B in internet play regardless of region?
