I've played Ultima Online since 1999, I still play it because the gameplay is un-rivaled, of course i play private servers the ones that are re-makes of the early years of UO,I still play diablo1/2 they are the games that made hack and slash games awesome for me, and counter strike has its own spot also

well im afraid not at your resolution...your main problem is the 8400gs its limits are about rainbow 6 vegas or oblivion..

i recommend upgrading to this and then trying assuming its a pci-e 8400gs. how can you check.. well youd need to open it up or post the model of your mobo or whole pc (if its a prebuilt) for me to tell.

click here:radeon 4850 is about 130$ and should do it, and should be able to play most of the latest games on max besides crysis

its a bit overkill for MW2 but you should be able to play any game atm on max besides maybe crysis

You do know that you can get a PCI-E 2.0 card. Your not stuck with your 16x slot.
