Hi. I will soon be going to a grad school which requires that I buy either my own MAC or PC laptop with the following requirements:
Budget: Under $2,000
Mac laptops.
Current or recent MacBook Pros with i7, i5 or Core 2 Duo processor.
Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
7,200rpm or SSD internal drive
Windows laptops:
Since I will be working with Avid, they suggest either Dell or HP laptops, with either i7 or Core 2 Duo processors
Windows v7 64-bit SP1(Professional) or Windows v8, v8.1 (Professional and Enterprise)
Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB strongly recommended). Internal HDD - size not so important as I recommend external drives for media. 7,200rpm or SSD internal drive will offer best performance.
Graphics cards:
NVIDIA Quadro K1000M or K2000M
NVIDIA Quadro 3000M
NVIDIA Quadro 1000M
NVIDIA Quadro 4000M
NVIDIA FX 2800M
NVIDIA FX 1800M
NVIDIA FX 2800M
NVIDIA FX 3800M
NVIDIA Quadro FX 2700M or Quadro FX 3700M
NVIDIA Quadro FX 770M
They recommend nothing with a screen size less than 15".
I've seen the tutorials for the creation kit, but all they cover are the default sandbox scripts, they never mention how to make an NPC wander outside an interior cell like the marketplace or even venture outside the city walls.
What I want to know is how to make a custom NPC have a schedule where he/she wanders outside the house at certain times of the day and returns at night.
You bought a used PC game in 2012? Are you new to this?

This is coming from someone who has not bought a PC game in a VERY long time. A few years to be exact. So yeah. It is hard to believe that someone like me bought a used PC game in 2012. But now that I am aware, its off to Steam and Best Buy from now on.
at Goodwill and it turns out I can't use it. The CD-Key that came with the box has already been used and as such, Steam won't let me activate the product and install the Orange Box.
I'm not sure what to do, should I go back to Goodwill and get a refund, contact Steam for a new CD key, or buy a new copy altogether?
