This is a prime example of what the Deck is NOT good at or made for.

Just get a gaming laptop if you want to play modern games without being tethered to a desktop PC.

It’s worth noting that Prodeus leaves early access and will be available as a full game on September 23rd.

Flynn: Son of Crimson is a very good game.

I love the idea of Metal Hellsinger.

I loved the music, the bands, the graphics and the art style.

Unfortunately I played the PC demo……

The game runs great, looks good and sounds awesome.

Unfortunately…. It’s just not fun. It’s a cool idea that just does not translate into good gameplay. The arena shooter type combat, with the rhythm game shooting is not fun. The way the weapons work with the multipliers is a pain.

The actual rhythm stuff is a bit off too. I’m a bass player, and have been playing punk and metal for 20 years. The shooting beats are off, and even when I adjusted for lag from my PC speaker it’s still off. These are mostly complex songs, and the “beat” isn’t the basic 3/4 or 4/4 timing pattern that the game wants you to play by.

Anyway, I wish them luck. Maybe the game will be better at full release then the demo.

It’s a cool idea, and I support the source material. I just don’t want to spend my limited time play a game that’s not fun, just because it’s cool.

Bring back King’s Field please.

Event Horizon is fantastic.

It’s one of my top 10 movies of all time.

A game that actually is similar to Elden Ring is not on the list.

There is a game called Outward, indie game, but polished.

It’s still a little rough around the edges, but it’s worth checking out. I liked it quite a bit.

Other then the From games, the only game on that list that is legit similar to Elden Ring is Zelda.

Not saying the other games are bad, some of them are excellent games…. Just really nothing notable in common with Elden Ring.

Question:

I bought my son the DLC pass for SSB Switch about a year and half ago and I was told it would unlock all DLC fighters to be released. That’s why I bought it, so he could always have all the fighters even though he doesn’t live with me and I do not get to see him all the time.

Minecraft is his favorite game.... now this Volume 2 crap... Is he going to get Steve because I paid for the DLC pass, or is this some bait and switch where I am going to have to buy ANOTHER dlc pass???
