Have you ever tried a DoTA type game? I get like that too sometimes, but playing league of legends usually sets me straight haha. A lot of my friends play it with me, so its social nature and the fact that it's based on ~45 minute sessions keeps things fresh and interesting for me.

So, I'm currently building a new computer for my mom, and I'm trying to do it on the cheap. All she really needs is internet access and word processesing, so I figured I'd try two things I've never put in a computer before: Ubuntu and an AMD processor. However, I'm not very familiar with the AMD line. Are they generally cheaper than Intel, as I've heard? And which processor is of comparable power to an i3? Thanks

King's Bounty: The Legend... Puzzle Quest 1 + 2, Heroes of Might and Magic V, and possibly Dawn of War 2.. All come to mind.. Starcraft 2's singleplayer has some rpgish elements as well.sSubZerOo

No, it was a single player game, if i recall correctly. It had a somewhat cartoony art style as well, vaguely like league of legends, but definitely not a Dota clone.
