I just came back from practice; my drumming was atrocious. My left hand is so weak.

I know the cause of it. It's just I was doing so well. I ride my bike everywhere, I even rode a century last month. I ran a 5K last month as well. I lost 80lbs. But then everything went haywire, and I'm completely stressed out. I knew I was gaining weight, but no way did I think it was 20lbs.
