To make sure the problem is with the adapter, I connected my 360 to the modem via ethernet upstairs, and was able to play online just fine. But I use the wireless adapter downstairs where the good TV is and the connection is like less than 5% there (I can sign on, but get disconnected in like 30 seconds).

You know that pointy thing on your mic that you plug into your controller? The end of it got stuck in there somehow. When I plug in my mic I can hear fine but I can't talk to anybody. How do I go about getting my controller/mic thing fixed?

Like Panzer Dragoon Saga, Guardian Heroes (would be AWESOME with online play), RADIANT SILVERGUN so we wouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars to play a game that should've been released outside of Japan to begin with. Though I'm guessing it's probably too much work for developers to bring those games to XBLA sadly...

Isn't Microsoft supposed to send you a box, which you'll use to send in the 360? I contacted customer support online, gave them my serial number, etc. Then I got an email saying they're processing my request to repair my console. That was February 20, almost a month ago, and they I haven't received a box yet.
