No USB C???? in 2020? Christ what piece of antiquity do they have?

The article is misleading. USB-C refers only to the form factor and has nothing to do with the electrical spec.

The new Xbox controller will have USB-C.

It doesn't matter even if X-Series X controller is USB-C if the connector to X-Series X is USB-A it will never utilize its full potential.

Only a USB-C connection can utilize the full potential of USB 3.1 Gen 2

It could charge slower etc and have tons of other issues.

USB-C is better in every single way over USB-A and its been around since 2014 were in 2020 this saved microsoft no money to go with A.

for a controller? LOL the **** does it even mattter.

That sentence was not comprehensible. Try again.

Na, that's avoiding it hoping a snide remake will get cool points.

This isn't Resetera, farting out "transphobe" as a strawman for any and all criticism isn't going to get clippy-claps.

Sure, I'll try to decipher your sentence:

"Because people haven't been saying David Cage games are cringey for the past 10+ years."

My original comment was about straight, white male protagonists and people getting upset about playing as gay/trans characters.

Heavy Rain featured four protagonists (3 white males, one white female, all straight characters). Beyond: Two Souls featured one protagonist (one white female, straight character). Detroit: Become Human featured three protagonists (one white male, one black male, one white female, all androids, no sex preference obviously).

Tell me again how David Cage games have anything to do with pandering, SJWs, gays, trans, etc.

The same logic and experience to David Cage and similar ilk, is equally being applied here, completely ignoring any political element as either an automatic positive to wave away criticism or an automatic negative acting as thinly veiled bias. Judging a game, on the merits of a game and the quality associated with it as opposed political bias on either end of the spectrum.

In short, treating it like any other shitty looking game, irregardless.

Your original comment had nothing to do with my original comment and thus the conflict.

Critics of David Cage games are of the fact the gameplay is limited and tries to mimic a movie; the narrative usually takes itself way too seriously.

None of his games have ever involved identity politics, agendas, gays/transgenders, etc.

This, so much. Woke crowd go fk yourselves.
