@straightcur BRO I get your point about the safeguards, and he basically did answer that. He is saying that the thing views you in 1080p and doesn't store the video. So you would basically have to stream a 1080p video to the government or whoever is hacking into the Kinect through the internet. So if this somehow was even a possibility to do, you should know by your upload rate from your ISP that you are transferring a shit load of data across your network that you shouldn't be.

Besides BRO, the government only gives a shit about what you're doing if it is something REALLY wrong.
