I don't think changing the guts of the system is a good idea. Adding a 2.5in HDD bay would be fine. Other than that, just leave the system be. Like the Gamecube, it's not popular enough to constitute a widespread redesign. Better to invest those R&D dollars into something else.

Not popular enough for redesign..probably just start cutting back on production...till all stocks sells out then announce a new console coming 2017. :P

so your on a fanboy train....yayy..good for you. Seriously they are an entertainment company with good points and bad points, only real thing I think is in their favor right now from my point of view is they seem to be the most consumer friendly of the big three at the moment.

The Wii U version was always December...they said Winter, December is the only month of 2014 thats Winter. Smash 3DS was delayed by 2 months roughly so meh.

I'm a tad perturbed it's coming out at the end of the year, but only because I want to play it so badly. Ideally it would be coming out within the next month or so to take advantage of the summer crowd. I'd imagine lots of college and school kids would have been playing this all summer. Instead they'll be playing it during winter break most likely.

Just an observation.

What i like about PS , is that Sony is not afraid to take risks , to experiment on different types of games , and the result is something great .
