@LeMeAtOm diablo 3 isnt an mmo man.. u just join other peoples games up to a party of 4 players for PvE.. and pvp will happen in an arena game mode. which is the only place where pvp will take place.. from what i hear the arena doesnt ship with the game and will be patched in the future.
I guess some people don't know what an "analyst" is. It's just a prediction by some dude people. What he says may or may not happen in the future. Some analysts' predictions become true and some just don't happen. Back to the topic, i really wish more companies adopt the Guild Wars type of payment model. Buy the game once, free forever, but sustained through a shop that has no impact on game balance.
I don't see why alot of people are complaining about the real money auction house. Selling of gold and rare items with real money in D2 was rampant and made the game unbalanced, at least with an official system in place, the economy can be regulated. There's no sure fire way to stop real money purchases, so at least they made a public system here to prevent the shady behind the scenes dealings. And according to the official FAQ, there's an exclusive gold only auction house for hardcore mode players, and only hardcore mode players can access it. http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/diablo-iii-auction-house-general-information
sounds really neat.. i just hope it doesnt get uncomfortable after wearing it for long periods of time.. and wat wud make it more awesome is if u can watch a movie in 3d as well... now THAT wud really make these awesome haha XD
if i have to spend a fortune for a video card every couple of months, i might as well just buy a console.. at least consoles last a couple of years... cuz hardcore gaming requires cold hard cash.. which is something i do not possess :P
