I was thinking this from the start that PC Destiny 2 would be a wasteland of cheaters or people trying to cheat. I guess I wasn't too far off. 400 bans in the first day lol. This is part of the reason I play ps4 or xbox for multiplayer games these days. I only touch pc for mmos or diablo. Cheating and botting is a serious issue on PC.
Their ad was terrible for the holidays tbh. Every game that was on sale at bestbuy and target was 10 to 15 dollars more on sale at gamestop. It was like they barely even tried to put anything on sale. Also, bestbuy and target were doing insane deals like buy 2 new games get 1 free and bundling a ton of games with new systems. Gamestop just needs to get with the program AD wise because they are aweful at advertising anymore. I remember they used to do buy 2 get 1 free used frequently that would generate them alot of traffic, now I barely see them do it. The only time I've seen it is when I renewed my pro card I got a 1 time coupon for buy 2 get 1 free.
I also frequently see games on price cuts at walmart, target, and bestbuy for 10-15 dollars less then gamestop... then like 3 months later gamestop finally drops the price on the new games. They purposely dont put new games on price cuts or sales so they can try to get people to buy used. Its really obvious. Also, Amazon is crushing them in pre-orders as well as many other online and in store retailers like bestbuy game club. I have prime so I just got mass effect andromeda for 48 bucks. Gamestops price/pre order deal is always some dumb weapon skin that gets out-leveled in 2 hours. They just can't compete any longer. They need to shape up or get ready to board up their stores and go the way of circuit city.
The animations for their face and such really don't bother me that much to be honest its the dang eyes that drive me nuts, especially in the opening events and cut scenes. Once I got to Nexus it actually was a lot better. Its not even just the plain eyeballs that are the issue its the fact that the eyes don't just focus and stay still looking at what they are doing. They literally move back and forth like a ping pong game in its eye sockets. Like the character can't just look straight ahead the eye has to wonder all over the dang place like someone with some kind of eye disorder.
