i have ntscn games and pal games and my tv is compatible with both of these formats but is there a graphical difference between my pal ones and ntsc? (quality wise)

Hi i bought red dead redemption game of the year recently and it is region 3 (Asia) But i am in Uk so when i play this game multiplayer which region i am gonna play in or in other words does the games region change which continent you play the multiplayer please help i know nothing about this stuff.
