I brought my computer around july last year I was told I was getting a good deal for the price I paid and have enjoyed many games. I understand the unbelievable pace at which computer hardware can become outdated so I thought I would post some specs and see if you guys could give me some advice as to what would be a reasonable improvement. Ok so I recently purchased Grim Fandango from my local EB at a bargain price of $ 10 and got it because it is my friends favourite game. anyway I was really getting into the game played for hours and realized that I probably should have gone to bed anyway to my incrediable disbeleif i couldn't save . Does any1 please no how I can save my game properly on vista beacuse as you can imagine I was pissed, and since it is such a great game I really want to pass it.
Any help would be great, peace be with you.
hey guys as i will be going on a holiday in a couple of months a have to decide on two promosing DS games in professer layton and the world ends with you i would normally buy both but i wish to save up my money as there is only 10 dollars in it right now:( . I am a big puzzle fan so professer layton looks great however i cant help but think that I need a new action/rpg title for my DS and TWEWU is done by the pros themselves Square Enix with very promising reviews. So i'm at a crossroads and like in most cases where i cant make up my mind i ask other people to do it for me does anyone have any suggestions :D
I take buying games very personally as i would never sell a game and my wages mean i have to be selective (I'm 16). I think reviews are important as they give a small indication as to what people like and dislike. Sites as gamepot, IGN and gamerankings all help me decide to get excited about a game. If a certain game has been getting good reviews i will find what ever videos i can on the game if they appeal to me i get the game. Reviews are doubly helpful in that the highlight real shockers that should be avoided. I can imagine being dissapionted in how bad farcry for the wii if i brought it not seeing any bad reviews for the game. There are cases where i will see a bad review for a game that i believe has potentional but will rent it seeing if reviewers have got it right or if the game appeals to me.
Considering how big the game inustry is today it would be silly not listening to a variety of opinions on different games with their strengths and weaknesses being explained to a great extent most of the time.
