""The things that I want", by Max Payne. A smoke. A whiskey. For the sun to shine. I want to sleep to forget. To change the past. My wife and baby girl back. Unlimited ammo and a license to kill. Right then, more than anything, I wanted her". Right now, more than anything, I want Max Payne 3!!
I liked GTA III, but I always felt the controls were off, the city was too dark, the protagonist didn't make any sense and navigating the city without a full map was so difficult (specially the third island). It wasn't until Vice City that I fell in love with GTA series. I remember back then whenever I played GTA, my friends would find out because I used a lot of vulgar language for a while after I played it :p I also hurt my right arm playing San Andreas for long stretches of time!! I used to play it on my PC and holding the mouse for that long had messed up my arm :D The day that R* announced GTA IV for PC was one of the happiest days of my life (I didn't own any consoles back then). On Dec 2nd when I bought it (Day One) I didn't care about the 45 minutes installation time! I didn't care about the stupid Rockstar Club! Not even the horribly poor performance of the game on my high end system. I was just happy to be finally able to play GTA IV!!
I built a killer rig 4 years ago! Just the fact that it has endured 4 years makes me super happy about it. It still runs most games on high or medium (for example Witcher 2). Unfortunately I had to turn to the console scene (with all the great exclusives) and am doubtful about ever returning to the PC scene. I do still play games on PC though (games like the Witcher 2 or Starcraft 2 which are so awesome), but not as much as I play on my Xbox. For the record, I made a switch to Xbox mostly because of Alan Wake and FIFA 10 (back then PC FIFA versions $ucked balls!!).
@Andrey_Linda: Sorry dude, but I don't think anyone cares that much about anyone else's preferences regarding gaming platforms! All this consoles war is because of the people who are smug enough that think everyone should do things the way they do. My philosophy? Anyone can play any game on any platform they like; Good for them :D Which platform do I play on? Why would someone even care??!
