Since when does having a better frame rate mean the game has better graphics? Frame rate means a smoother ride, not smoother graphics. If anything, The XBOX 360 verison of the game has the "Better Graphics" since it does have the better lighting out of the two versions.
I love how all the PS3 system owners keep saying "HAHA ign gave Forza 2 a 8.9". My reply to that, At least we have another "DECENT" game to play. Have fun with Surf's Up PS3'ers.
