I think the newer one looks much improved. I kind of like the looks of it. BTW i hear people complaining that PS3 controllers are too small and i know where your coming from, i mean shit i have decently big hands, my thumbs are always bumping into each other over lapping/rubbing/makinglove but when im gaming, i dont really notice a thing once im playing.
