This is a terrible review. "The best writing and voice acting you'll see in a video game" as one of the pros... Hahahaha come on, really? Constant childish fights between Michael and Trevor apparently appeals to you so much? At the absolute maximum, this game deserves a 7. As for the original GTA review, still giving it a 9 despite the multiplayer not working for 2 weeks. Yet Halo MCC gets a 6 for the same reason? Riiight...
@Lambchopzin I think they're doing it because including the expansion would give this game more content and will most likely affect the score. I believe they are going off the game itself.
@wizardboyus So you're saying Super Mario 3D World is either a child's game or a half-assed port? I doubt it. If you've played it at all and tried to achieve 100%, I'm fairly certain it's almost impossible for a child to complete. Especially the final level on crown world! The Wii U is doing great, so what if it's too similar to the Wii? It's still sold a couple million consoles, and I can assure you that it's not flopping like the Xbox One or PS4 is right now. There are so many hardware/software failures with those consoles. If you really don't like the selection of the games it had currently, just wait a few months because Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Brothers Wii U, Monolith Soft's: X, and Bayonetta 2 are coming out, they'll all be great games.
@Ripper_TV Whoa man, don't have a cry over the name of a console. >_> I've said this before and I'll say it again, it's about the games and how you like to play them. The name of a console is the most useless feature as well as design in most cases.

@veryDERPY @Doobsac Obviously you like CoD and are try to defend it for some reason, but when a game is mainly played for its multiplayer such as Call of Duty, they can't make the exact same game 4 times in a row. I mean, nothing is different at all in multiplayer, NOTHING. But yes the campaign in CoD has changed slightly and is alright. But why talk about that game when this page is about Dead Island: Riptide? Riptide has still changed their game, it may be minimal, but games are not supposed to change as much as what everyone wanted it to. They cannot make it some new game called Island of the Dead or something, no it is still Dead Island, so all these people complaining, are not complaining about repetitiveness, they are complaining that it is still Dead Island and not something else.
