While I agree with the other comments that TMNT OOTS isn't quite as bad as a 3, I do think that the lack of fluidity with the fight moves and that horribly annoying camera are being downplayed too much. These two negatives ALMOST ruin the game completely. Luckily it looks good and there's enough variety in the game as a whole to just barely save it. I'm hoping a sequel will improve these problems. I can't give it more than a 5.5.
