LOL. What a joke. Do you honestly think Lebron is number 5? Be honest with yourself.
Well, to be fair: 1. Kobe has basically played out his entire career (with unbelievable supporting casts and that time when he was a part of the supporting cast to Shaq) so naturally one of the best players ever is going to outrank such a young player who never had anything on his team until this year and it's still nothing like what the Lakers had. 2. Dwyane Wade is a worse defender, a worse ballhandler and a poor shooter as well. If solid_link is subscribing to the notion that LeBron cannot shoot, then, well...Wade is still less than LeBron as a player. One championship doesn't mean the world, especially when it came because the Mavs imploded. 3. Carmelo is a great talent. Can't stop him on offense, but he plays matador defense. Let's forgive that because he's done much more in his career than LeBron has. 4. Williams is my favorite point guard and he is the best point guard in the league, but, hell, I'd probably rather have LeBron at point than anyone in the league. The decisions he makes and the plays he develops for his team is unreal. Let's all remember that LeBron plays for one of the worst coaches in the league. The gameplan is to give it to LeBron and let him create everything. I don't care how much you dislike LeBron, you have to respect him. Are we going to call him out for not shaking hands when the Magic were celebrating last year? I think Kobe is one of the worst teammates and people in the NBA and I have no problems respecting his game. well if we are going to fair lebron plays in the east on a team where he has the ball the majority of the time so his stat sheet will get filled, so that out ways the bad coach argument. now hes faking a elbow injury for who knows what reason. so is he a good talent yes but is the best in the league far from it.
