An article I read made a good point that if the ratings are good enough, maybe they'll start making SD live regularly, which I think would really improve the quality of the show. Is anyone else annoyed by the edited cheers they put in that sounds like a hairdryer?

OOC: Oh, my bad Killer and Spidey. I'm up to speed now.

*Todd Grisham catches up with Ballin backstage*

Todd: Ballin, can I get your thoughts on what just happened out there.

*Ballin is visibly frustrated*

Ballin: You know what, it's fine. One good thing about chasing titles for all these years is that I've grown a sense of patience. So if Joe wants to wait until after Night of Champions to get his ass kicked, so be it. He'll know where to find me And if Joe's actually able to win the WOTU Heavyweight Championship in that scramble match...well that'll make things a whole lot more interesting. For now, I'll sit back and wait.

*Ballin is standing in the ring after a commercial break*

You know, Joemcmark, I still have yet to hear a response from you about our match at Night of Champions. If you're as big a coward as I think you are, maybe we should just leave it up to Killer.

You know, guys. You really shouldn't be trashing on Cena so much. Guys like Triple H, Batista and Orton refuse to lose and bury people because they can. Cena has offered to put over many guys over the course of his career. I mean, it was his idea to work with Punk and have win the title at MITB. And he didn't get things handed to him on a silver platter, he had to spend 4 years working his way to the top just like Miz did by kissing Vince's ass before he won the World Title, which isn't as pathetic as everyone makes it seem to be. Sometimes that's what you have to do to get to the top. And the reason he wasn't in MITB matches is because by the time that match was invented he was already pretty much the face of the company. And don't call him a hypocrite because of what he said to Del Rio because that's just his character (unless you're insulting the character). If a babyface cashes in MITB, Cena isn't going to say anything bad about him.

And I'm not being a Cena fanboy (that's Jands' job). I just feel like you all aren't being very objective.

I actually agree with alot of what you have to say. I don't hate John Cena, he annoys me sometimes sure but he can do some solid promos when he isn't being so overly corny, he also can pull out a good match from time to time. The thing about Cena that gets me is how he's constantly portrayed as the underdog when he clearly isn't as Punk alluded to in a promo. The formula for his matches are so overly repetitive that it makes him a bit stale. Orton's matches usually tend to be a bit more back and forth and Triple H has put over a few folks before (He and HBK lost clean to Ted and Cody) Sheamus has beat Triple H clean, and a few others that I'm not recalling at the moment. Cena's character has become a bit stale as well. I do agree that he's worked hard and does work hard as he's been referred to the biggest workhorse of the company. The guy came back early from injury when he injured his neck because they needed him back, that honestly takes some merit and is worthy of praise. I respect the guy, I just feel that when he is beaten down for the duration of the match and does a come back at the end it sorta cheapens the match

I agree with you there, but don't blame Cena, blame creative. And if they stoped portraying Cena as the underdog then his "never give up" gimmick (and his t-shirts) would be useless.
