Please remember that to run this game with graphics that high you are going to need one BA computer. Also I notice that all the ps3 screens are brighter which to me makes this weird to judge because as the brightness increases in games the sharpness goes down. Also this is pointless. Who cares that it looks a little bit better, or the shadows are crisper. It doesn't matter! I'm tired of these stupid things. Well those are my opinions so please everyone just enjoy the game with the system you have.
Has anyone else realized how misplaced this article is? Think of it Gamespot put a page on video game addiction on their website, and this page says many negative things towards it. Isn't that a turn of from playing video games to people who think they are addicted? So isn't that ruining the companies they work for? Which in turn leads to lay-offs which the people there all need...
I'm just going to recap on what I think. Graphics don't make a game, story and gameplay do, consule wars are dumb, and both systems have their ups and downs, (I'm not going to list these cause we all know them), I have many more thigns but to finalize this. SMALL DIFFERENCES IN GRAPHICS THAT YOU CAN'T NOTICE WHILE PLAYING ARE STUPID TO POINT OUT! Well from now on I'm not looking at these comparisions cause I think they are stupid and a waste of processing space for my pc to open.
I'm going to point this out to everyone. Graphics don't make a video game! The gameplay and compelling story does. People argue about system superiority. Who gives a submarining phoque! I bought the ps3 cuz I love the games on it that's why you should buy a system cuz you love the games on it. I don't care how many people play online or any of that BS. Weren't some of the best games 8-bit and 16-bit? They had it all and that's why I've undusted my NES and SNES and all my games to get out of this stupid battle.
I've played both and I know that I'm a ps3 gamer but that's not the point here. I personally think the first was revolutionary concept and it DID set the standard for third person shooters or whatever genre this game is. GoW2 met the standards but just barely. I remember playing the first at my friend's house and feeling like I was in a war zone saving earth. Then I played the second and felt like I was watching a movie with all the lighting and story. what were they thinking were they trying to make this game more "organic" cause that's the word that came in my head when i was playing. Also I think the characters in this game are just HUGE look at them they must be at least 6 1/2 feet tall and 3 ft wide that's actually one of the main things i realized about this game you are the size of a modern day tank. Seriously why are they all so big
Who cares about graphics. is it that important, No! I thought what made a game was the gameplay, story, and sweet characters. Example Super Mario 3 amazing gameplay, story is that of genius lady gets captured you rescue her brilliant and simple, and the characters also pure genius. A plumber who can throw fire, grow a raccoon tail, a standard princess, a dragon who is cool, and evil minons ranging from mushrooms, and turtles all the way to blocks with spikes
