Nintendo hasn't had a real game system since the GC, this is no different.

They waited 7 days before letting people know the service was hacked. So yeah, they were generous not to ruin the weekend of users by hitting them with bad news. Sony loves it's customers!

I wish MS took our security as serious as sony does. At least when sony gets hacked, I know they'll have the courtesy not to tell me my info has been stolen for at least a week. This keeps my weekend from being ruined by knowing someone could be destroying my credit! See sony loves us so much it would rather take it's time to figure out how to PR a breach rather than protect it's customers.
