They should have had a more powerful console. Same release, more expensive or later at the same price. The problem with last generation of consoles is that they couldn't run any of the games at 60fps and neither can the Wii-U.
@caucel_cr If they didn't bundle the goddamn kinetic or headset they would at least stand a chance this gen. PS4 is bare bones and that's what a console is/should be...

If I have a console, I want to be able to take it to lan parties to play multiplayer, and don't want to be forced to be hooked up to the internet while I do. Steam isn't always online since you mentioned it has an offline mode... but yes, there are ways of doing it and MS won't do it that way.
@PuNkeRoiD @grbolivar They are using the same architecture, but PS4 will have games at launch, does not require always on, and will play used games. It doesn't matter. PS4 will win on those things alone. Exclusive franchises at this point are nonconsequential since they've both run them all into the ground.
Only reason I bought the first xbox ended up being Halo1&2. Only reason I bought the xbox360 was for Halo 3, and the fact that it had better framerates than the ps3. My PC runs all the multiplatform games better than both anyway.
