Hey, i've had this problem when playing my games where the sound would cut in and out. It only happens in times when like a FMV is playing, for instance in Call of Duty: WaW, when the level is loading and the guy is talking about what to do and what's happening it cuts out and in, so I only hear a word every couple seconds. It bothered me but it was ok, but now i've just finished Fallout 3 and I can't feel happy about the ending movie because it's cutting in and out after every word.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :(

Hey, recently I got a new computer, bought all the parts and had it assembled. So it runs like a charm, but the last week or so, i've found that the games don't run as good as they should. I have a Intel 8400, Sapphire 4870x2 and 3 gigs of ram, and I run it at 1024 x 768. The reason I run at this res is because I can't afford a higher res monitor just yet, so I got the machine done before so.

Games like CoD: WAW runs max at around 50-70 usually and sometimes go into the late 40s. Fallout 3 runs at max with usually framerates of 50-70, but a lot of the time, it dips at weird times, like when i'm just walking near a town or just a bunch of buildings to the late 40s and sometimes late 30s. It sounds like 50-70 isn't enough and i'm being ungrateful but I don't want to buy a new monitor and find it runs even worse than now (because it drops a lot).

If anyone could help, i'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

To Himura, that is exactly what I said. Nearly every medium, whether its books/movies/games etc have used similar ideas.

The other day I was in bed thinking of a plot for a novel I might write sometime in the future. After I finally created a plot, a few days later I told my step dad about it and he said that is was plagiarism. The idea I had involved my character losing his memory and having to regain it in order to bring down a corporation who he works for and along the story he their number one target to get rid of. After I thought of this idea, it sounded like a Bourne film unintentionally, and now i'm extremely annoyed after being accused of it.

I've looking for meanings but some say its word for word copying others day its idea copying etc. So is it plagiarism?
