I clicked on this article with some trepidation, expecting maybe FO4 on top of the list or Fallout 2 outside the top 3. Having Fallout 76 at #5 is crazy, especially above the first two games.

@martintule24: 1MS is the grey to grey pixel refresh(which is 0.1 on an OLED), not the actual response from your input to the displayed image. When Sony says 8,5, it’s how long it takes from the input to the screen changes. Look into overshoot on monitors.

Some of the Samsung Odyssey monitors (G8 and G9) have input lags of 5.5 and those are pretty much the fastest in this regard. The Gigabyte M28U, advertised with 1MS response time, has an input lag of 8ms. Acer Predator x27 advertises 1ms, but its input lag is 16 (which is really bad).

1MS is marketing BS which has permeated for too long. With OLED, they’re finally moving away from it. If Sony wanted to, they could say 0.1MS response time, since that how fast grey to grey pixel refresh is on an OLED.

While this post currently says it is from September 24th 2021, these TVs are last years models and have been replaced. Given all the references to Black Friday, it was likely posted a year ago. As these are older TVs now, the availability is more scarce. I would look elsewhere for a more updated list.

I get that Stan Lee is the most influential man in comic books and his cameos in Spider-Man, The Avengers, Fantastic 4, etc. are well deserved, and I have enjoyed many of his creations. But as far as I can remember, Stan Lee has virtually no connection to Deadpool.

At the same, Stan Lee himself showing up in also totally keeping with the spirit of Deadpool, so I guess it's also completely fine.

I guess I'd have gotten more enjoyment if I just burned the money I paid for this (fire's pretty). So far I've attempted to play the game a few times, logged successfully and started building my city. However, the game didn't acknowledge that I had connected the road to the highway. I spent 10 000 just trying to get the road to work right, only for it to work immediately when I reloaded the city. Since I turned it off, I haven't gotten back in... :(

Am I the only one who thinks this title is misleading? Sure, they developed Fallout: New Vegas, but the Obsidian name is mostly tied to more traditional RPGs, like KOTOR2, Neverwinter Nights 2 and Dungeon Siege III. I think Fallout was out of their comfort zone (specifically, a sequel to Fallout 3, if they were making a new one from scratch, it'd probably be more like the old ones).

I also am a little apprehensive about setting it between episode III and IV. Sure, there's 20 years we don't know a whole lot about other than what we can infer from the movies, but there's practically no force users, a very strict empire that face virtually no opposition and the only logical final boss choices can't die, because they all die in Episode VI. At the same time, setting SWTFU between episode III and IV was one of the few things that worked for that game, so who knows.

*sigh* This board is filled with 360 fanatics that can't stand that sony is making a console that can compete with their object of worship. Oblivion is confirmed for PS3. I'll admit I was a little surprise, but it's comming. I like the 360, though I prefer the games on the PS. I like Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Tekken, Soul Calibur, God of War etc. better than Halo etc. And that's what really matters. You want 360 because of the games? Fine, go with 360. To be honest, I don't really care if you do. People with an Xbox/360 has treated it like it's an object of religious worship since it's release and lead a crusade against the PS2, now also the PS3. None of the console is better by default, it's only better for you. Because you like the games on that console better than the other. and to the guy that said the PS3 was copying. Every console has copied it's ideas from another console. They take some ideas from another console and just gives it a new way and some new features to make it seem better. Btw, I'll admit that some of the people on our side has made asses of themselves too.
