Yeah it kinda sucks, when u enjoyed free perks working for MS and suddenly it's taken away of course. But we all have to remember times r tough world wide, with 2 wars currently raging in Israel/Gaza as well as Russia/Ukraine, which effects the global economy very negatively for sure.
I was retrenched 3yrs ago, and decided to call it a day and subsequently went on pension at the age of 55yrs old. As a result my income has decreased as my pension isn't as much as my monthly salary was. Thanks to XB gamepass I'm able to still enjoy my gaming hobby, I haven't purchased a game for a long time, I just subscribe to gamepass and I can afford to continue gaming. I'm certain there's many more like me who experience gamepass as a proverbial gaming life saver. Thank you XB and CEO Phil Spencer, u r the best.

It was also reported in the court case vs the FTC that PS was aiming at making Starfield an exclusive in a proposed agreement with Bethesda, hence why MSXB acted and decided to buy up Bethesda in order to stop it, and that made Sony PS and their crazy CEO Ryan lose their minds, they never saw it coming omg 😂 😂 😂 😂
It makes perfect sense for XB to keep COD on PS as well, more sales means more income generated from the game. In fact Phil Spencer just testified in court last week in the case vs the FTC that it'll be disastrous for XB not to do so. And it is part of the agreement in the EU and other countries where the XB/Activision deal was approved to keep it on PS, if not the deal wasn't gonna stick in those approved regions.
This deal is already final in all the countries approving it, those who don't will be left out in the cold. Sony PS can scream and shout like spoiled brats, it's all in vain. This deal is a game changer for all gamers PS and XB and that's already proved by the majority of the gaming world voting to approve it, period!!!!!!!!!

It's common sense that this deal will provide more competition in the gaming market, anyone denying that is just a PS stooge, and has no credibility, hence why this deal is going through.
