@WhoIsTheDrizzle: Why? They are giving you 3 good games for $60 for consoles, all with better graphics than the old gen ones and all the DLC included. You want them free? You want them to pay you for playing their games? Do you want them to price it at $5? What´s the matter with people always complaining about game prices?

@Golden_Gonads: So if you were to buy a TV $500 dollars cheaper because there was a pricing error, the store would be in their legal right to go to your house and take the TV away from you? The moment you buy something at any price and receive the object, you are the legal owner of it, and no one can take it away from you, charge you more for it, or alter it in any way that would leave it unusable. It doesn´t matter if there was an error or not in the price. All the people that bought Fallout 4 and paid zero dollars for it received the game and some even downloaded it and played it, so the delivery of the product has been made and Microsoft can´t do anything about it. The remaining solution would be for Bethesda to ask for compensation to MS for the mistake as it was their fault and not the developers and they want the money they lost for it. The only way MS would have every legal right to revoke your license, would be if you got the game illegally or by a reseller, like those websites that sell you codes to download new games at half the retail price or even lower.

@ztype85: Yes you are right, but the problem here is that the item has already been bought. The customer already paid and received the product, even if the price was zero dollars they paid that amount to receive the product, so the license is theirs. Microsoft cannot revoke it or remove it because the license belongs legally to them. It would have been very different if this was a pre order priced wrong. Since the product haven´t been received yet, the company can cancel the preorder and refund the customer, but in this case there´s nothing they can do. To give you an example, if you go to a store and try to buy a shirt that was priced $5.00 when the real price is $50.00, and you go to the cashier and try to pay it, is up to the store to honor the price or not, as you say, BUT if you pay the $5.00 for it and receive the shirt, then the store cannot say the next day that the shirt you bought was priced in error and for that they will take the shirt away from you. That would be illegal.

@Barighm: It would be illegal for them to revoke those licenses, even if they bought it for zero dollars. The customers didn´t do anything wrong the purchases were 100% legal. For example, if you go to Walmart and find a TV with a price tag of $1.00, you have every legal right to buy it and the store has to respect the price. In this case, Microsoft would have to check how many licenses were bought this way and come to an agreement with Bethesda about how they will cover the losses.

@so_hai: That´s because when people play games, is to do something they can´t in real life. I want to kill dragons, drive insanely fast and expensive cars and win money and races, I want to play against Real Madrid, I want to explore jungles and stuff, run from monsters and destroy an evil curse in a house haunted with ghosts. When you add realism to a game, you have to be really careful with it, as if you add too much, the game will be more like a replica of real life and no one wants to play something they can do themselves, and I don´t want to play a game about driving my car to work, or playing football in my yard. But also, if you add too little of realism, the game won´t be something you can relate to and the game becomes difficult to sell. Games have to be a very careful mix of both, depending of what kind of game you want to do. And for the people that says then why you play sports games when you can go outside and do that yourself, let me tell you that is not about the sport itself, but the experience of playing as your favorite player, in a famous stadium, and beating players you always see on TV and hear about, and in real life the most I do is beat my neighbors and the winner gets the next round of pizza and beer free, not a World League trophy.
