Nope. No interest and knowing the Wasted money and budget on Shenmue 2 there is no way imo this game will be realized without Sony willing to fund a LOT MORE.

Iam not missing any point...ur thinking that everyone thinks like you...or everyone acts like you...

You see...all i care when it comes to games(my all time hobby) is the PC...i dont care about consoles...iam not interested in any news regarding consoles...nothing about console interests me...nothing.I dont care if the pc is not the mainstream platform anymore(and ur right is not)...all i care is to play the games that I WANT...So starting from the fact that i dont care about nothing ,regarding consoles...and from the fact that i misunderstood Felippe(i thought he was talking about PC only)...i dont see anything relevant in ur post.

So that being said...what you said in ur post dosent apply to me(and the majority of pc gamers)

And further more it looks like ur missing the point and ur trying to "sell" me something...

For example if "a game" sells 10 million units on xbox...that dosent mean we pc gamers should buy it or appreciate it just because it sold 10 mil units on xbox...

You guys should stop acting like sheeps and fallow orders...so what if "a game" makes milions and trilions of dollars profit on consoles? If the devs want some profit from the pc market too(ofc 10x less profit, but still profit) they have to offer us what we want...I want to play the games i feel like playing...i dont want to play "a game" just because every other person is playing it and because it sold millions and millions...

As i said if the devs want that little profit from the pc market...they have to give us what we want...if not...they should stop making games for pc...coz if i want to play that "game" ill buy a console and play it(and ofc ill be in order with the rest of the world...yeah pfff)...

Again pc gamers should stop acting like sheeps...and we souldnt buy the games we dont like, just because that game is played by everyone else...ofc we wouldnt be in this situation if a firm measuare against pirating would be taken...but thats another thing and this forum is not appropriate to discuss it...

I am sorry, but your wrong. You have your opinion and I respect it, Hell I would love it if everything was the way it sorta was back in the Day, But since videogames have become the #2 Mainsteam form of entertainment in the world you have to appeal to that audiance, And sadly that is no longer you. You have to live with that now forever.

Sure youll see a game of 2 every couple years. but everything is more casual now. You have to adapt, and if you don't thats not my problem, its yours. You have to change or just give up gaming

This industry is ALL ABOUT MONEY NOW. Like it or not its over. If you can appeal to 10 million instead of 1mil hardcore fans, You go for the 10mil no matter who you are. Those 1mil Just don't matter anymore as much as I hate to say it, its true.

Yeah...dude...there is no "YOU HAVE TO"...Actually you dont have to...What is this crap...we have to buy bad games just because everyone else are doing it...???What the hell is wrong with ur logic???So if Lady Gaga is the most popular singer on the globe i should listen to her?Thats ur logic?? I have to adapt to Lady Gaga's song's?

There are plenty of small devs who are eager to make decent games for pc...they need only a chance...and if the big publishers and devs would stop making games for pc...i think those small devs would have a chance...

As i said gaming is my all time hobby...but iam ready to quit it if "I HAVE TO" play crappy games just to maintain alive my passion for my hobby...And for ur surprise,i think there are many who thinks just like me...

As sad as it is. YES. YOU DON'T MATTER ANYMORE. No developer is going to change the way they make games JUST TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. I hate lady gaga but should she change her genre of music because I HATE IT? NO. YOU are now a minority gamer...it sucks I know, you were there back when it was "Stupid" to play Video Games, but now that EVERYONE does, You just don't stand out in the crowd anymore, and what you like is no longer what gaming is all about.

Indie Developers are all PC has left if you want something that your specifically looking for. No Publisher today is going to spend money on a game that now appeals to 10% or less of the market when the other 90% is there to be taken advantage of. Everything is about money now, Gaming is no longer the niche thing it was in the 80's and 90's where developers took their time and made innovative things that appealed to that small fanbase. But the sad fact is today's indie developers are 4 guys in a basement somewhere, Youll NEVER see an ultra quality game out of them like those old school games you played so long ago those times are long over now.

You can adapt and enjoy what you have or complain about it. Sure I miss the old days of the 80's and 90's but its over, and I accept that fact as much as it kills me to, But I try to enjoy whats there, You choose not to, and thats not my problem.

Why?

The PC market is now "Along for the Ride" It's not in the Drivers seat anymore, Consoles are. Like em or Hate em, thats the way it is, and thats the way it will be forever now.

So go ahead and protest the PC Dev Community, but in the end, they want their Payday. And the only way to do that is to make it for "Everything" Even the indie developers who are making their game on a PC somewhere DREAM to release it on a console because they know the player ratio is a good 20x larger.

Why do you think The Witcher 2 is going to xbox? I saw The Witcher 2 sales numbers posted in the first few weeks. 200k copies? I know that doesn't post steam numbers but 200k? The Audiance you seem to think that is Hardcore Elite, Isn't even that high anymore, I played and Loved The Witcher 2 it was freaking awesome, but that game was so designed for the console controller and it shows, and now its going to xbox. It makes sense to me. If the game was advertised and also released on 360 last month, It would have sold a MILLION in no time flat. Its just the way it is.

I think your missing the overall point.

Platform does not matter anymore despite what you might think. PC is no longer the Mainsteam platform for gaming regardless if you want it to be or not. It doesn't matter if the PC version sells less than other PC action games, across 360 and PS3 it has sold a number so unreal that alone makes it more popular.

TES Has not been a Hardcore RPG in 10 years across the last 2 versions, even Morrowind as awesome as it is, was not Hardcore. People confuse Open world & Hardcore way to much.

Deus Ex doesn't matter anymore. Yes the 1st game will go down as an all time best ever on everyones list, but Mass Effect has sold more overall and by multi million numbers

NWN is a Bioware brand and its popularity is based on the Toolkit, The Single Player game itself was awful and even the Engine was a HUGE step back in the fact that the game was barely even hardcore anymore. it was more like Diablo with auto attack and the party system was terrible.

Final Fantasy I wouldn't even count because JRPG's and the More North American/Europen style is totally different and impossible to compare.

Ultima did not sell that many copies. In the 80's and 90's it was the most popular PC RPG series, but that was back when a game sold a mere few hundred thousand units it was unheard of to sell those numbers. almost ANY RPG that sells today even if its bad goes those numbers.

It doesn't matter what Platform a series is on anymore. Gaming is the Mainsteam format now, Not a platform. The games are the same regardless of what platform you play it on.

It doesn't matter if ME on PC sells 500k but on 360 and PS3 it sells more millions that you can count, that makes it a fan favourite series regardless.

I beat Dragon Age on 360 and PC because I liked it that much. Same game no matter what it was played on, the 360 just had worse visuals, but guess what? I really don't care, its still the SAME GAME

no one can deny that, fps are the most succesful genre, but if we go by that might as well forget all other genres and let all developers make generic fps-

rhazzy

True, but between a heavy RPG and a light one with great presentation and development like Mass Effect , who has more crowd...?

I can asure you that on PC, Mass Effect dosent have much more crowd or "paying customers" than a true rpg...

If we are to compare Mass Effect to...lets say...Two Worlds 2...The last has sold about 2 mil units(or maybe more) the majority on PC...How much did Mass Effect sold on PC??

TES series has more crowd than Mass Effect series...on PC

NWN series has more crowd on pc than Mass effect...

Deus Ex series has more crowd on PC than Mass Effect...

Final Fantasy series has more crowd overall than Mass Effect...

I think even the dead Ultima has more crowd on PC than Mass Effect...

Anyone that says ME1 is better in everyway is just in Denial. ME1 is NOT a better game. The Level Design and Gameplay was insanely aggrovating, Raiding the same bunker for the 30th time was more annoying than the LIBRARY in Halo and yet people idolize that garbage.

The Inventory management was unbearable, there was no need to have all that JUNK in the game was 95% of it was not needed. You guys complain that ME2 lost that but in reality ME1 never even really had it, it just had 1,000,000 usless items that no one needed that you sat there for long periods of time converting to omnigel. Diablo never even got anywhere near that excessive or annoying to deal with.

You upgraded a few armor sets and weapons and that was the extent of it, the game did not need the excessive amount of items it had, it was a trainwreck and even Bioware admits that, its WHY it was taken out of ME2, It got in the way and made ME1 a worse game because of it.

ME2 took all those flaws and got rid of it, and truth be told its why its a better game in everyway. Never make me pilot the mako like that AGAIN it made me want to quit ME1 multiple times because it sucked so bad. Now Scanning planets in ME2 was boring, but at least it didn't leave me trying to climb stupid mountains in ME1 searching for deposits that were meaningless because money was never an issue because of all the CRAP you sold and converted.

The only Consensus about ME1 is that the Storyline was FAR superior in my opinion. ME2's story was more of a letdown but it was still very effective and made you keep going, and thats what Bioware is good at. Add in the fact that they removed the garbage areas of ME1 and its an instant winner. and it was.

It wasn't about dumbing it down, ME1 ROFL was already a dumbed down RPG, It just had RPG elements tacked onto it that made it more aggrovating than fun, and the levelups and skills in ME1 were nothing special that made it more of an RPG, it was a very basic setup.

Some of you need to THINK before you post about Mass Effect. It was never supposed to be a hardcore RPG. It was ALWAYS a cover shooter with some RPG elements, and the elements that were tacked on in 1 were TERRIBLE even by RPG standards which is why 2 removed them.

I have played every single RPG Bioware has made, Nothing will ever beat the Hardcore feel of Baldur's Gate, but Mass Effect was not supposed to be an RPG like that, stop treating it like it's supposed to be.

The only game you should be angry about if you wanted that Hardcore feel is Dragon Age 2. THAT was mangled from Hardcore to Casual because of the Success of Mass Effect to a broader audiance, and you actually cannot blame their PR people for trying to cash in on it. DA2 has sold a LOT of units, and while yes I did enjoy the game, Its not what we all wanted. Still beat it though, and thats what counts. It wasn't so bad you never played it, sure its a letdown but it was still a decent game.

Your Shape will definitly help you loose weight, but it's not just a video game that will make it happen. You have to eat properly, stop drinking all that sugar and stay focused. It's easy to just say "meh, ill do it tomorrow" before you know it tomorrow becomes next week & next week becomes next month ect.. North America is lazy, and it doesn't help that were also insanely rude and to the point. You guys that are throwing out the insults in this thread are NOT helping. Bottom line: Your Shape gives you an insane workout that works. I have been using it every day so far and yes sometimes it does not log that you properly did the move, but your still getting the workout and calories burned regardless of the fact. Thats what bugs me about the reviews so far, its not being looked at as a fitness trainer but rather a game. It gets the job more than done. The baggy clothes thing is true, but why are you working out in cargo shorts and a T-shirt 2 sizes too big? Your in your damn home you dont dress up to work out, Buy a couple pairs of pants and shirts at walmart that are your damn size, it tracks me fine in sleep pants & a t-shirt So many of you forget most obese people dont want to go jogging or to the gym because they are not comfortable with their bodies so something like your shape or ea sports active 2 to get them started is a godsend because it can be done in the privacy of your home with a virtual trainer right there. Kinect is awesome for this. The wii sucked because you could just cheat it, Kinect wont let you do that Just remember the game alone wont solve the issue, eat properly and stay motivated, it's ALL in you mind. Kinect in the end has nothing to do with it other than giving you the visual aid to help make it a bit easier. Have Fun

I have still yet to run into someone who is betraying people intentionally, thus I haven't kicked anyone. I especially hate when I throw a grenade and then someone with sprint just runs right over it, and then kicks me. Fix this now Bungie.

ImprovedMind
This is the main problem. I throw a grenade at 3 guys then a teammate decides he should rush them look like an idiot and die. I get 2 kills & booted because of his idiocy. Its not right. there needs to be a tally of 3 betrayls i would say before players have the option to boot. my other issue is if your goona allow booting then people need to able to join games in progress. sometimes matches turn in 2 vs 4 or 6 vs 4 ect... and there is just no way to compete

I will never believe for 1 second that Two Worlds 2 will be a good game until I get it in my hands and play it, The First one was a good idea but a total disaster from a development standpoint.

The Witcher was easily game of the Year for me 2 years in a row because of the Directors Cut Edition re-release. It was innovative and had a great story on top of it. The Witcher 2 might very well be another Game of the Year contender.

Its never going to happen for gaming that is not MMO Related.

If Call of Duty Black Ops were to cost say 400 MS points to play each month they would go from 12mil copies sold to probably 2 million copies sold.

Their Profit margin would shrink 500% in sales and this guy thinks charging a monthly fee will bring that back when the game offers no type of MMO Feedback at all? Never goona happen. Map Packs would HAVE TO BE FREE, and there is no way that is ever going to happen when they just proved they can charge 15 bucks for them to 12 million people.

The Money to be made by Publishers and Developers is in DLC!!. NOT MONTHLY FEES

This Analyst might be popular, but no way he is a gamer if he thinks it would actually work. The Casual mindset of the mass that plays CoD, Halo ect.. will never allow this.

Where as it works for MMO's because it is a Niche market on purpose. You cannot turn a FPS into a Niche, its mainstream

If Publishers want to make more money. Make more DLC for their popular games. turn a few map packs, into 10 map packs. People want them and will pay for them its a proven fact. but tell them they have to pay even if its a couple bucks each month to play it. See you later they will play something else.
