@bobrossperm: wow idiots will blame microsoft and xbox for everything, u prolly blame xbox for global warming wow. Spoiler alert ps4 is no better for co op considering they have the same games.
I think by now we all know what the wii is and what its trying to be, we keep hoping its gonna rise above what it is but it won't, developers are not gonna stop what there doing and it sucks, really, our only option is to hope that these 3rd party developers comes to there senses someday but our best options are to either accept it for what it is or move on, if your a gamer u can't just own a wii but u can sure do without 1, I think that says a lot about the system.
EA and CAPCOM are the only 3rd party developers putting out quality titles for the wii, yea they messed up but we got 32 player online to fall back on, the positives definitly outway the negatives.
Its already to late for wii, its now a casual system and 3rd party developers already look at it as such, nintendo has completly abandoned the hardcore croud because they are finding new money in the casual. They are really trying to expand the gaming crowd but the problem is if they ignore the hardcore crowd then when they leave the gaming population will again shrink and nintendo will have to work to get them back, they seem to be having trouble keeping both parties happy, but 3rd party developersare the biggest problem,the spielberg game is a perfect example, he's making a cartoonish puzzle game, thats how a person outside the industry see's the system.
I did only have a wii but if your a hardcore gamer and u see the direction that nintendo is taking then your forced to get another system so I got 360 last week. I tried to defend and stick by it but it seems they don't want wii to be a stand alone system.
