@ ElvesOnEcstacy I completeled Gears 2 in co-op and the level where there are tons of locust crawling out of the woodwork, well...The enemies were NOT synced correctly on both server/client on multiple playthroughs and that just showed lazy developement teams, and Metal Gear Solid isn't great...It WAS great there is a huge difference. Hideo Kojima sold out when he let Solid Snake live through MGS4 and that really killed the game for me, not only that the controls were terrible the graphics were average and even though I've always been a Metal Gear Solid fan I found the game just out of touch with what Metal Gear Solid was. Maybe it just wasn't my taste or maybe my tastes are just changing as I get older but I can't help but feel when a game has ran it's course companies should be brave and try something NEW rather than go through the same ideas a few dozen times you know? But my main gripe is the Halo franchise and the Guitar Hero/Band Hero/DJ Hero/Porno Hero/Getdrunk Hero Franchise. Also Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 was another epic fail for me, even though I loved COD4 (And hated COD5) CODMW2 just didn't hold the same fun as any of the previous, it could be the fact that the story was just....BAD...Or that the multiplayer has more bugs/glitches & holes in than a zoo's insectarium but it just didn't swing for me.

@Joevit Opps got your post confused with someone elses!! HA Sorry, I'll start again. I see your point about the hardware on the x360 vs ps3 but personally I don't think you'll find it makes a difference, there are not enough talented devs out there to make use of either consoles full potential, it's all about the green. And it's true if you swapped the hardware around the fanboys would still stick to their guns and complain about something lol God hates fanboys!

@ thenephariouson Actually, by best graphics I mean animations, textures, lack of graphical glitches, colour pallette, anti-aliasing, anistropic filtering, various post processing effects come into account and visiblity of important game objects lol. And personally, I played Gears of War 2 on a nice new Panny HDTV (1080p of course) and it looked like hell...It was a mess of pixels and it's the first time I'll complain about textures being too sharp but it was just awful looking comparing it to Lego Star Wars let alone Uncharted. It has NOT aged well at all I'm afraid. @Joevit Sorry dude I'm editing this because I got your message confused with someone elses lol I'm too old for all this comments chit chat I guess hehe

--PS If anyone feels the need to flame go ahead I ain't actually going to be here so if it's really important you will have to message I may reply in about 3 months time if I remember what it's about....Yeah... Happy New Year all by the way!!! May 2010 be a decade of gaming breakthroughs!!! AND THE DEATH OF THE FRANCHISE!!!!!! (I mean I want to see more original titles so kill off Halo, Gears of War, Metal Gear Solid, Tomb Raider and DEFINATELY KILL Guitar Hero bundles and only release expansion song packs or something...Gaming is dying thanks to this crap out there...)

--Continued Also the only thing I don't like about the PS3 is the lack of Anti-Aliasing for most games and the "Smoothing" technique most developers use tend to look quite amature, but talented developers really show what the PS3 is capable of such as Uncharted 2 which in my opinion is the very best looking game of 2009. Hmm...Sadly fanboys will always argue about this topic though....I can't help but feel that fanboys aren't gamers...They are just following a company as they do a football team, which shows that they are indeed NOT gamers but idiots... To get the most out of gaming you'll need to save up your pennies like I did and get every console you can so you don't miss a heartbeat, because chances are if you don't have the consoles you'll miss that cracking gem of a game and you'll reduce yourself to the role of a fan boy...aka bash it because you can't play it. (Reason PC gamers love Crysis, because consoles don't have it!!...Yet....I mean...It's a turd of a game even at Very High it's just for eye candy...It's a Technical Demo that you have to buy...)

@Joevit Actually I got to say I totally disagree with you, although I tended to play the X360 more it was only for the online element as I personally see the PS3's onilne fuctions as broken compared to X360's Live. As for all the technical talk, you can talk technical crap all day truth is hardware means fook all...Operation: Flashpoint (1) runs better on a GeForce 4 440mx 128mb AGP card than a 8800GTX 768mb PCI-e card. It makes no sense but thats hardware, so rather than everyone fanboying it up how bout you'll just admit X360 has the upper hand in online multiplayer features (pity about the players) whilst the PS3 can feel rather lonely for an XLive player (Xbox/PC gamers will understand that) whilst the PS3 has the very best in exclusive titles that knock the snot out of xbox games most of the time (Nintendo 64 syndrome...Average games but the good games are mind blowing) whilst the xbox dominates more on multiplatform titles. --Continued

Looks like the X360 has the best overall graphics so far (Not including MGS4 which I gots preowned and on the way hopefully a day early if i'm very, very lucky) Can't say the PS3 has done much for me since purchase I'll probably sell it after MGS4...Can't see any other games coming for it that excite me so back to X360 and forking out way too much to play online in a flawed service :P sayres001, J-A-B, Dr_Yassam --- Please remember this is about games stop moaning at eachother and stick to topic...Who cares about the fighting do it in PM not in the posts here.

@Gaticus All the consoles have their strong points, albeit PS3 is slightly lacking in games and with the current failure to deliver on games with Haze it don't look that great but tell me...What "Great" games did x360 get this year? Army of two? crap Rainbow Six Vegas 2? its a copy of the first game basically lol Neither console has many great games at the moment...Well no great games that we havn't already completed a dozen times...Games has hit a low point in its history with sod all out...Gotta miss the Amstrad CPC 464 eh? And as for laughing in that dudes face? your a fanboy your the lowest form of life out :P

@Rainbow_Lion one last comment...Mate you have NO idea what yer on about PC games are dying due to piracy... COD4 on PC is ok...compared to the 360 version its NAFFO the wonder dog... Reasons? I've come across cheaters big time...Also cracked servers all over the shop and that damages the company...thats why IW ain't making COD5 for PC... And I do know what I'm on about because I'm an ex PC fanboy...I am now a fanboy of nothing...Why? Because Xbox live is good but Xbox360 is crap for breakdowns.. PS3 is great but crap for online...and PC is naff because I gotta keep upgrading so you can take your 9800GX2 for £400 and STI-STI-STICK IT lol....No offence but PC hardware ain't worth the dosh for mainly average games...I only use my (Athlon x2 4200, 2gb ram, 160gb 7200rpm, 8600GT512mb) computer for FSX....and I barely use THAT....and the ONLY reason I have all that hardware is for my work.

@ChaosIncarnate Actually its a mixed thing, on such games like racing (GT5) so you can feel when the cars going to lose control. Something I really missed, and great for atmosphere such as Silent Hill 2 for example... When wounded feeling your characters heart beating...Also a helpful indicator letting you know your wounded as there was no health bar... Rumble can allow creative devs to feed you information and clear up the hud as well... So your "Way to big of a deal" statement is arguable...Besides I can tell you all the development teams miss it BIGGGGGGGG time
