and this is more of a spinoff than a full on Sonic game meaning it's not made by those hacks at the Sonic Team

exactly whati was thinking.and don't forget that sonic drift was on the Game Gear so the hardware wasn't anywhere as good as it is today. you cant compare this to Drift as its only the same concept not the 'exact' same thing. atleast give it a chance before putting it down and this Sonic AND SEGA all starts so its not a direct sonic game. at the most it'll be an interesting mario kart clone that does a bit more due to the characters coming from different games and not all sonic games
