@shotmeinback: I don't think it's Kraotos at all honestly. I'm guessing this is a series reboot dealing with the Nordic God of War now instead of the Greek one. It's possible I'm wrong, but if so this should be God of War 4. It's just God of War instead which signifies a series reboot.
@nights_king: Or this could be a completely different story all together dealing with Nordic mythology with a similar tie dealing with the cursed skin. He looks nothing like Kraotos, and Kraotos being alive with a son makes no sense either. Also, why would he use an axe? None of this makes any sense if it's Kraotos. It's possible without a doubt, and they could obviously provide a reason in the story, but the fact this is called simply God of War instead of God of War 4 is pretty much what does it for me. This isn't meant to be part of the original series. I think it's a series reboot basically. Or at least that's how I see it.
Not so sure this is supposed to be Kraotos. I know he has the familiar red paint, but he really doesn't look anything like Kraotos. It's possible, but I'm also considering the possibility of an alternate history. Or possibly the telling of a different God of War from another mythology. This looks markedly Nordic not Greek. I'm thinking Kraotos' time is done, and we're getting a new God of War with the Nordic God of War instead of the Greek God of War. Then again that's only a guess. But Kraotos being alive and having a kid makes very little sense. Including the fact that he's using a magical axe instead of his normal chains. Not to mention the fact that this was simply called God of War instead of God of War 4. Nope, I think this has nothing to do with past God of War games.
@Alucard1475: She says she's not technological. She didn't say she doesn't know English. But seriously, who cares what she knows or what she doesn't know? America's fascination with celebrities makes no sense to me. I may like an actor in movies, but I could care less what they eat or do in their spare time. I don't get why people care.
@FLOPPAGE_50: Nice strawman fallacy. I never suggested that you were a fanboy. Did you bother to read my entire comment? Stating that "both consoles" sucks because they both have performance issues on some games doesn't meant that pointing out advantages of either platform is somehow irrelevant. Your comment makes no sense as a response. Granted the comment you responded to was flame war nonsense at the end, but both consoles do not "suck". Neither console "sucks". They have strengths and weaknesses, and you make your choice based on them.
