My college takes the information of whoever is looking for a scholarship and compares that information to what scholarships are available and tells you if you are eligible for one or more of them.

Best thing you can do is ask an advisor/counsoler/etc. about scholarships to get you started. Googling for one would take forever.

There should be several offers for students doing Study Abroad, or at least some that any student with any major can get. I don't know what they are though.
