On the 360? Gears of War on Insane solo was hard, but I managed to beat that without too much trouble. I'd have to say Halo 3 Legendary solo, I beat the first level and needed partners to beat the rest of it.
I'm just curious, what do fans of the series think is the better game? No, they're not direct sequels, but they're very close in terms of gameplay and story.
