You say 500gb is pointless, but it's the cheapest option to get into a new XboxOne console. To add more storage space on the cheap, just buy an additional external USB 3.0 capable drive and you are far more cost effective then spending more money initially on a 1TB version of a console.
Can't really say I noticed the outage much as i'm mostly playing Bloodborne offline. But hey, a few days extension to my PSN+ sub is welcome - Thanks Sony
Wow thats awesome! I'm hoping to try Destiny soon. I know nothing of the Destiny game or even what its about. I "heard" ppl dissing on it a year or more ago but I kind of tuned it out.
The franchise is getting a little stale but still visually pretty awesome and holds up well over the years. I'm hoping the conclusion of the series won't disappoint!
I am one of those long-time PC gamers who waited patiently until jumping onto the now current-gen console gaming platform. Finally decided to snag a PS4 Uncharted Bundle for $299 at Best Buy and they threw in a free copy Destiny Legendary Edition. I also bought Bloodborne for $20.
Now fast-forward 3 weeks, I have 107 hrs into Bloodborne and haven't yet even played the other games yet. But I am really liking the PS4 so far. As far as the PS4 hardware goes, I'm quite impressed. It seems fast, the GUI is great and easy to navigate. Online functions are spot on. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.
In this top 20 list, I own 9 of the games out of the 20 listed here. However if you do your research and shop around, many of the games can be found cheaper from say Greenman Gaming or G2A etc where you don't always pay full price of $60 per game.
I would argue that PC gaming at this point, is very accessible platform, even if you don't have a top notch game rig. There is something for everyone at bargain bin prices, especially during Steam (summer, Fall, Xmas) sales.
PC gaming is far from dead, not by a super long-shot.
I am all for AMD making a push for greatness. We need more competition, which in turn will drive prices to competitive levels for us, the consumer. It's only a good thing.
