@Tekarukite: Building an army and Starkiller base not very publicly would have made sense if they had done it in the outer rim, but what I find hard to believe is doing it in the same system. I know Star Wars has never been about science but by judging on how fast the lasers reach their targets, these planets aren't really far from the Starkiller. If only the expanded universe was still there for us.

I am surprised I haven't seen anyone talk about this but what the **** happened with the republic? They clearly say in the movie that there is a new republic and we can see by the looks of the city and the people on one of the planet that is destroyed that they are a wealthy society. So what the **** happened? They first let the first order amass such a big power and then let them build a planetsized super weapon in the same system as them? Why do you need a resistance if there is a government in power that is on your side? Can't the new republic just have an army? Why does the resistance need to hide, they could just operate on a republic planet with a lot more resources? I just think it doesn't make sense at all. The first order should be the one hiding. We see first order soldiers on nearly every planet yet none from the republic even though they are the political power in this system. I am not sure what happens after episode 6 since nothing is cannon except the movie but I do think all my questions make sense.

@b74kd3th It all depends on what you choose to see. Most of the time when I play a post-apocalyptic genre, what I like to see is how humanity fared and survived. I just don't see these games as: Nice now I can kill everything in a destroyed city. I have to agree tho that a couple games are based on violence.

@b74kd3th Sadly you need intelligent people to like those kind of games. Intelligent people are not numerous enough to make money.
