I agree I was hoping for a new psp with another anolog stick or an attachment for another anolog stick but nothing. No huge game titles announced for it. Only thing that sony did was introduce new value packs which does nothing for the people who own a psp already. PS2 made more of a splash then psp.
9.0 is well deserved. The original was an amazing game and by improving the graphics and adding a few new things it only makes a great game even better.
I think its a good thing for microsoft to get a game like FFXIII on it. Having a game franchise of this magnitude come to the 360 just makes it that much better. I think it benifits Square Enix more then it does microsoft seeing that now people dont have to go out and buy a $400+ system to play FFXIII and that will just increase the sales of FFXIII
So what Nintendo didnt show any HUGE game for a hardcore gamer. But if you actually listened at the begining Roger said The teams that brought you Mario and the Zelda franchises are working on something new. Nintendos focus was the casual gamerand i think the games they showed are appealing to them. The new wii sports looks good and the new motion plus looks like its going to make the wii so much better. Give it time Metroid Mario and Zelda have already been released and it takes time to make a game great. I would imagine you would see atleast 1 sequal to one of those games shown at next years E3.
I think they did a good job. I was dissapointed they didnt have more live demos of there upcoming gams. Playstation Home looks like its coming along nicely.
It depends on what kind of game your looking for. Turok is a shooter and DMC4 is a hack and slash kind of game. IF you like both those types of games then i would say go with DMC4. Ive played the first 3 and they are easily some of the funnest games ive played.
The psp has more ram and a better video card so technically it can have better graphics then the PS2 but no one has yet figured out how to program for the PSP so give it a few more months then you will start seeing some really nice looking games on it.
