Cybernetics makes way more sense. It would require a huge amount of time and money to even break-ground on genetic modification. It is highly unlikely

Wow i was maybe thinking about getting this game but, now its going to have rally im in. Im a huge rally fan and no game has come close to the original DIRT but hopefully this wont disappoint.But im confused is it going to be standalone or require the horizon disc?
