People do runs at SL1. I missed two of the areas you're supposed to do early and still managed to get through the harder areas just fine. Honestly there's no reason to farm ever in a souls game. 15k is also nothing.

Sometimes I like to go back and listen to the really old 05/06 hotspot episodes, but they're nowhere to be found. In fact I can't find anything but the video episodes of the later hotspot episodes.

Am I just bad at navigating the website or are they actually gone. They used to be under the culture section, but that has since turned into "videos".

I'd really like to know if they're still accessible on this site.

If you're cloaked almost anything kills you in 1 hit.  In normal or armour it'll take a couple of wacks to kill you.

This version was made because enough people signed a petiton.  From Software has never made a PC game before and Bandi Namco didn't give them much of a budget.  It's a miracle they got the game to look and play like an exact 1:1 replica of the console versions.

I'm running two gtx 570's in sli and I don't have any problems.  Even running on the newest beta drivers.  ATI cards always seem to have some issues unless they get exclusive easly access to the gsme.

Turn off the in-game antialiasing and motion blur options.  I don't know if we have the same fix or not, but when i keep the in-game graphic options on it shrinks the game to the top left corner and the rest of the screen is grey.

These arguments are dumb.  I personally hate using mouse and keyboard for 3rd person games, especially when the camera isn't fixed.  A game like GTA or any third person shooter plays much better with a controller imo.  I will always use mouse and keyboard for stuff like dota, rts and fps.

That being said, as someone who has tried both conrols today I vastly enjoy the gamepad controls.  This is because it just makes more sense the way you're supposed to attack.  I have a bunch of extra mouse buttons but it's still weird having main attack buttons stashed away on the side.  Their pre-sets aren't much better.  And since you're only limited to 2 items per slot anyways, it's not like all those extra keys matter.  Not to mention this game is more about positioning than precise aim and having only 8-on off switches for movement is really clunky.  This game is finiky enough as it is without taking away analog movement.

Maybe it's because I put well over 150ish hours on ps3 version, but I think that a gamepad is the best way to control this game.
