As someone who grew up playing Nintendo consoles, I think it's time for Nintendo to stop dishing out hardware and focus only on producing software. Although I own both, the Gamecube could have been much more and the Wii was a joke. I don't even want to get started on the Wii U. How awesome would it be to play a Zelda, Metroid, or Fire Emblem game running on a PS4 or a high end PC? Nintendo should stop delaying the inevitable and drop out of the console race.

Looks like I won't purchase Infinite at launch after all. Might as well wait for the inevitable GOTY edition.

These reasons are exactly why I haven't been buying as many new games as I used to anymore. Heck, my PS3 has been broken for about 5 months right now and I don't have any plans of purchasing a new one until, the earliest, this holiday season (I'm looking at you Dark Souls). If I do buy a game, I either wait for it to be $30 or less, or I wait for the inevitable "Complete" edition. Suck it videogame publishers.
