Hi, I am having the same problem I have the Halo 3 edition Xbox. I just had the RRoD of and now when I turned my xbox on it does this. I am wondering if this is happening because I had a disk in when I got the rings. If anyone finds out can they please l me I don't think I can wait 4 months until I get an Xbox One.
