"sigh" They would say that. Your best bet is to walk into ANY store that sells games and you'll probably find a copy there. I wouldn't fret if you didn't reserve the game.

Any way, I'm going to be the mature one around here and stop talking about this because obviously you've taken my clearly stated point and are currently trying to convince me that I am wrong.

Plus, I have to tell you that I still feel my point was lost among your inability to see my logic, or reasoning.

It makes sense people, think about it...

It's my opinion! This topic wasn't even about that until someone got confused and asked me to be more specific. So I presented my opinion in the simplest way I could think of.

OXM, stop putting scores out on the web early for those of us who can't read your written reviews.

Reviwers in general, put out written reviews and scores when the game comes out.

There it is plain as day!

Right, my minor over exagerated presentation of an issue I actually have a well thought out opinon of means I some how have issues because you don't agree with me.

Does anybody see my point? I am not freaking out over this or blowing my stack. I am merely pointing out that OXM, is putting out scores on the web, early, and not allowing anyone who doesn't own the magazine (this part is important) to read the review! It annoys me and I was just wondering if anyone else felt the same...

Instead you all sit here and claim I'm not an adult, and that I don't check my facts, and shockingly enough I did both!

Like I already don't know that IGN reviews games a couple days before they come out? Are you serious?

Go look at Gears of War 2, OXM UK gave it a 9 out of 10 and there's no written review....

For those who don't read the magazine! People who just read online reviews have to wait until game day to actually read the full written reviews.

So instead they get to look at a score for a week and wonder why it was given that.

To clarify... (sorry this stuff gets me a little upset), I know they have full written reviews in their magazine, but they shouldn't put it out on the internet for those of us who don't get to read those reviews.

On the day the game is released, reviews should be unveiled, not before.

False.

IGN, among other review sites online, give reviews in detail before a game is released. Stop getting hung up on just oxm online score reviews and do some more research into which sites provide you with reviews before the game comes out.

I am talking about OXM, but thanks for telling me something I already know about.

Gears of War 2 already has a review by OXM on the site, where's the IGN full written review?

"The reviews or scores of games shouldn't be released until the game comes out"

That's my point, that's all I wanted to say.

TC, how old are you?

If you are under 19, then I know why you created a thread as innocently silly as this one.

Meh, just needed a little steam release. Yet I can't help but still feel robbed, that's just me though. Point being I was wondering if anyone else had something to say about my minor annoyance.

Age has nothing to do with it...

JESUS CHRIST F**K YOU COULD HAVE SAID THIS TO START WITH!

Read a different review.

Calm down :P (irony)

To your next point, "read a differnt review" that makes no sense because I just spent the last posts talking about how OXM reveals scores in their magazine, posts them on the web, and then doesn't let people who don't subscribe to the magazine read the reviews until the game comes out!
