I’d like to see split controllers for both the next Xbox and PlayStation. Like the switch, but thicker like the existing controllers. Holding my hands in the same position for long gaming sessions makes my wrists start to hurt, plus then you could potentially use the same controllers for regular and VR gaming.
I liked the original's story and gameplay and was excited to continue it. Maybe I'm the minority here, but this seems like bad news to me. Hopefully it'll at least be a good game, but I don't see much reason to reboot a "series" that was only a single title.
The round should end with the shield being destroyed no matter what. There should be more walkers that get progressively more dense, and the objective should be to hold out long enough to get the transport ships away. Then the snow speeders could play a bigger role, and there could be a token that puts you in control of the ion cannon with a mini game to aim at star destroyers. It was still a lot of fun, but they could have the asymmetric gameplay and still be true to the story.
I don't know why I even bother clicking on these graphics comparisons anymore. Streaming just adds another layer of compression to the comparison and it was far easier to compare two of the versions using the mouse-over images that used to be provided. This method of comparison is really annoying and not very helpful.
It better still take place in the US. I read something recently that mentioned it will take place in Japan and other Asian locations. Why make a game called "Homefront," which was originally about fighting a war, guess where, on the home front, and then set it somewhere else? Makes no sense and ruins the premise in my opinion.
@coolbeans1 100% agree. You can't browse through a video for the pertinent parts like you can an article. Plus, it's hard to watch a video discretely at work.
