DUDE! 8800GTS 320mb running stalker medium settings and it gets 37fps?!?!? WTF!

DUDE! WTF! I'm getting the 8800GTS 320mb and the E6750 but after seeing these results there's no way I will max Crysis! Medium Quality on STALKER runs at like 20 fps?!?!? Crysis WONT run well on my system!
