Are the lame karaoke mini games from Yakuza 3 in Yakuza 4? and for those of you who have played both, do you like 3 or 4 better?

That's the complete list of cars and I'm very psyched that the DeLorean DMC-12 from Back to the Future will be in the game. I'm only wondering if this list of cars is all unlockable or will we have to purchase some of them.
