That's because phones don't use the internet... Unless you're talking about cell phones, and that's because they use the towers to connect... You'd need wireless. Last I heard they were looking for lots of paid volunteers down around the gulf area. Of course that means 12 hours of being in a hazmat suit in 90 degree temperatures.

If they dont have the internet then you won't be getting internet. Plain and simple.

Personally I have never seen one but a couple of years ago while elk hunting I heard some loud heavy crashes. I though sweet there is an elk in there. As I approached the area where I heard the crashes they started to go faster except if did not sound like anything that runs on four legs. What ever it was it was bipedal and very heavy. Never seen it though, or its tracks,
