Does anyone mentioned Lezard Valeth? He surely is an awesome villain, he is twisted, got personality, mysterious goals and you can use him (this was a plus in mi opinion)
What about Lynx from Chronno Cross, he had motive, mystery, attach to Serge and you cant hate him, it was a really cool villain. Others mmm well Liquid Snake for the same reasons above, the one from Front Mission 3, I dont remember his name but it was much like Sephirtoth, Lloyd from Legend Of Dragoon was cool and theres a lot in old games, new ones (even from franchises that used to hace cool villains) now lack of deep backstory and they use someone who want to "DESTROY THE WORLD CAUSE IM EVILLLLLLL" and that very dissapointing.
