I pre-ordered the CE, but have not played the game yet due to technical issues. My main complaint is that faces from ME1 do not carry over to ME3. I have played ME1 and ME2 with the same character and was very let down when I was unable to import the character I have grown attached to since 2008. One of the biggest attractions of the ME games was that you could import your character's choices and looks, but the devs on this project apparently either overlooked or just plain did not care about the loyal fan base. I can live with endings that differ from what my own imagination would have conjured up, but when a franchise overlooks one of the core elements of their product it does make me disappointed. Disappointed to the point that I hesitate to purchase one of their products in the future.

@dark_harpy: If that's true that multi-player is basically being forced on the consumer in order to get the good ending, I am definitely going to get a trainer. I don't even like multi-player and the fact that I have to use Origin to play online makes it even worse. I ordered the CE of Mass Effect 3 and it should arrive this week. After this, I'm done with EA/Orgins. I refuse to buy anything made by Ubisoft and I guess I'm not going to be buying anything else released by EA. I'm not angry. I'm just fed up. EA just lost a customer.

I enjoyed your thoughts, Kevin. The person who posted the "f***ot n***er" response was most likely an ignorant adolescent. I've read comments like that, and they are largely generated from forums where the majority of posters are below the age of 18. I believe that most people in the gaming community don't have a problem with people whose ethnic backgrounds and sexual behaviors differ from theirs. As a straight guy, I can confirm that there IS a bias toward female homosexual behavior. Many straight guys have no problem seeing two women make out because of the simple fact that we are attracted to women. The thought of watching two men make out, however, is repulsive to straight men. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just sharing what I've experienced.

As far as Origin goes, I HATE the service. If the service worked properly all of the time, I wouldn't be so harsh, but it's just riddled with problems. My issue is that I couldn't log in using my existing EA account to access the games I already purchased from EA (ME2, DAO and Burnout Paradise). I had to waste an afternoon finding out how to access my games on the internet. I received NO help from Origin...Their customer service is worthless. Instead, I found a solution to my problem on a university tech forum. It turns out, I had to go into my network settings and alter them...which enabled me to access my games, but unfortunately, the other computers in my household could no longer access the internet. So, after all that, I still had to reset my network parameters so that other people in my household could use the internet. It's a huge pain in the ass. You should just be able to logon and play. But, that isn't the case for some people.
