Shaun forgot to talk about the extra game features included in this release; Projectives and Hawkman. These don't make the clipping issues better but they do provide some extra content. You also have an additional outfit for each character on top of the unlockable characters.
I'll throw in my support of this game. It's by no means revolutionary, but it does manage to feel a bit fresh compared to other mmorpgs. I'm enjoying the skill system and the lack of traditional leveling. I also like the fact that you have to do some research to find the answers in certain missions. On the bad side, it's still full of bugs. Also I don't feel like crafting is explained well enough at the beginning of the game.
I was in the open beta. It wasn't really my thing. I think it takes a particular type of player to want to run around that much in a dark environment. I'm just not that into horror movies or games. I prefer the brighter fantasy environments.
I would have preferred an actual wrestler. But at least they're not making us preorder for a wrestler that should already be in the game (like The Rock from last year).
I purchased both Ride and Shred. Trust me, I'm ready for another classic Tony Hawk game. I actually drilled through and put trucks on my Ride board, it's more fun now.
